Leader of the Dharma

Abstract

A leader is a key person for every organization to successfully lead the organization or to lead the organization through crises. In addition to having knowledge, skills, expertise and experience in the field of management, a leader must be a moral leader, i.e., a leader who implements the principles or teachings of Buddha as a lifeline and a guide to management that will have a very positive impact on leaders and organizations as well. There are many principles that lead to management.

The authors studied and presented important principles such as 1) Trisikha Principle 2) Adhithanadharma Principle, 3) Khantisorajj. These principles can be practiced as a result of the result of the application of principles in management. This will affect the progress of the organization. It will also have good results for the leaders to act. As the Buddhist proverb says, "Dhamo Ha ve Rakkhati Dhamma jaring, " Dhamma protects the Dhamma practitioners”.
