LEADERSHIP IN COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT IN BANGKOK ACCORDING TO SAPPURISTHAM PRINCIPLES

Abstract

This academic paper was to study leadership in community management in Bangkok according to Sappurisa-dhamma principles, It was found that community management by leadership principles, i.e., having a concept of management rather than command, solving organizational problems effectively, paying attention to ideological peers, creating beauty according to goals and preventing problems, emphasizing management with a conceptual framework based on the principles of Sappurisa-dhamma, namely, managing communities with principles to prevent problems, and create work according to goals and good conceptual frameworks, as well as consider the appropriateness of community management, emphasizing moderation and self-sufficiency in order to achieve value in a timely manner emphasizing community-centered for the benefit of the community and driving the community to develop in accordance with the principles of Sappurisa-dhamma  along with managing the community to be strong and self-reliant.
