Abstract

This article aims to reflect the Thai government's public policy setting. as an activity guide or actions that the government uses to operate to deliver public services in various forms, whether in education. public health social work, etc., to the people to achieve the goals that have been set. Education in Thailand in the past has not been able to solve all problems, especially the problem of student achievement. and school readiness which is the issue It is often associated with a direct relationship. In terms of learning achievement, if considered based on the concept of system theory, it can be regarded as the effectiveness of teaching and learning management, while readiness is related to various elements, including context, inputs, processes, and impacts. for Thai education in the 4th era 0 is one of the guidelines set by the government. with an important focus on Students, in addition to gaining knowledge They also need to develop important life skills and critical thinking skills. To be able to create products or creative innovations public policy development in education is of an interdisciplinary nature, with a wide range of knowledge being applied to study for good achievement. as well as should involve various sectors in the development of public policy in education to promote the 20-year National Education Plan and education in the 4.0 era to be the most beneficial to the people. It was found that education in the 4.0 era is interdisciplinary in bringing various sciences to study. as well as providing opportunities for various sectors to participate, although not much. But it is considered a good starting point for policy development. Public education in the future after the 4th era. 0 This article aims to present a solution to the problem of readiness of Schools and guidelines for developing educational policies to move towards Education Thailand 4.0 for stable, prosperous, and sustainable development.
