Abstract

This article aimed to present the administration of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority by integrating four principles of Sangahavattha for administration of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, consisting of 1) Dana 2) Piyavaca 3) Atthachariya 4) Samanattata, which is the Dharma that is the location of mutual assistance and the principle of dominating people's heartst, the principle to hold each other and make each other live with love and goodwill. The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority operates according to the Sangahavatti 4 principles, which is to create innovations in the administration of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority so that it can be used as a model in considering improvements in the administration of government and private sectors. and strengthen the organization Personnel in the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority to be more efficient.
