Abstract

The importance of human resource development is an important factor that can facilitate the organization to achieve its goals because the work of human resource development is the work that aims to select good people with knowledge and abilities to work by conducting training to develop and improve employees' knowledge, capability, and up to date social conditions. This is because human resources are the most valuable resource of an organization, known as “human capital” and are also an important factor in determining the success or failure of the organization's activities. Tisikkha or Threefold Trainings all Buddhists should practice in the process of Human Resource Development of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, in order that the organization can be developed and adapted to meet the ever-changing social and environmental condition.
