Abstract

          This academic article aimed to study the theory of human resource development, concepts, and principles of application of Buddha-dhamma and human resource development according to the Four Bhavana principles in Buddhism through the synthesis of documents, textbooks, and research results. Development and empowerment of human potential It is the result of self-development for life in society in terms of education, development, and training by integrating all knowledge to influence learning as a principle of growth and advancement as a living human being to live honestly, morally, and happily. Bhavana 4 consists of: 1) Kaya-bhavana, physical development, 2) Sila-bhavana, moral development, 3) Citta-bhavana, emotional development, and 4) Panna-bhavana, wisdom development.
