The objective of this article was to present an analysis of Machiavelli's political philosophy: Niccolo Machiavelli, an academic analysis of the views and ideas of political philosophers. Machiavelli viewed that human nature is full of selfishness, lies, deceit, ambitions, change, depending on the power and one own’s interests. To rule people, one must have to use the power to rule. Machiavelli thus praised the monarchy who had inherited power and position by blood, not by appointment or election. Rulers must use all means to gain power to govern the state. At the same time the ruler must not be loving and overflowing with kindness. Rulers are supposed to be feared and loved for appearing to be good and moral rather than being really good. From the political phenomenon of Thai society, the conservatives have applied Machiavelli's ideas to maintain the power and interests of oneself and their friends There was an attempt to separate politics from morality. There is a strategy to scare the opponents by using law enforcement to use government and non-governmental organizations as tools of destruction and objectives, irrespective of how power is gained. For the maintenance of power or the succession of power, Efforts were being made to create a political culture that supported the regime they want. For the majority of the country's people to accept the Thai-style democratic regime. This created legitimacy for the political elite who are living in the way of Thai democracy today, which the concept of Machiavelli, the author hopes, may be useful for readers applying to management in the organization or studying and analyzing political developments in the future.
