BUDDHADHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR INCREASING PERFORMANCE OF JUVENILE AND FAMILY COURT OFFICERS SECTOR 2

Abstract

This research article aims to study performance and factors affecting performance. To present the buddhadhamma integration of the Juvenile and Family Court personnel in the Region 2 in which 4 provinces, namely Rayong, Chonburi, Chanthaburi and Nakhon Nayok was which they have got protential, not only they are area near Bangkok but also are high growth rate in tourism and industry, the population is a farmer, but there are more immigrants move from another place for working occupations. There are more people moving in, which have been increased of social problems, drugs, family problems therefore leading to this research. The population case consisted of 350 juvenile and family court personnel in 4 provinces, 187 samples were obtained, and 18 key informants or people. Focus group discussions were conducted by 9 experts.

The results showed that 1. Operational level of personnel Overall, it was at the highest level ( = 4.52). 2. Statistical analysis of factors that significantly affected performance at the 0.05 level found that 1) There were 2 aspects of organizational management (R Square= 0.689), which were co-ordination and organizational management 2) The Saraniyadhamma 6 has 4 aspects (R Square= 0.841), namely, Ditthis ma at , Metta-kaya-kamma, Sadharana-bhogita, Metta-mano-kamma. 3) The integration of the Saraniyadhamma 6 consists of practice in the body of knowledge in 3 areas. is to practice with kindness, create a moral society, keep pace with technology.
