BUDDHIST INTEGRATION FOR WORK PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY PROMOTION OF PERSONNEL OF DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY BUSINESS

Abstract

This research article aims to study the efficiency of work performance. Factors Affecting Performance and presented an integrated Buddhist model to enhance the operational efficiency of personnel of the Department of Energy Business. The research model is an integrated approach. Quantitative research using questionnaires. Collected data from a sample of 192 people. Data were analyzed by social science software packages. The qualitative research method used in-depth interviews with 18 key informants or people and focus group discussions with 10 photos or people. Data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis.

The results of the research showed that: 1. The overall performance of Department of Energy Business personnel and each aspect consisted of: Focus on Achievement Good service the accumulation of professional expertise, ethics, and collaboration is at a high level. 2. Factors affecting the performance of Department of Energy Business personnel It was found that the performance of personnel affected the operational efficiency by 26.4 percent and the physical strength principle 4 affected the operational efficiency by 68.8 percent. 3. Integrated Buddhist model to promote the performance efficiency of Department of Energy Business personnel It was found that the performance of personnel has a fundamental factor, namely the development of personnel stability, integrating the principles of Buddhadharma, namely the 4 physical principles, consisting of 1. Wisdom, strength, knowledge, 2. Viriyapala, put into practice, 3. Anwatchapala, honesty and integrity. 4. Sangha Phala has volunteer spirit.
