BUDDHADHAMMA APPLICATION FOR PEOPLE’S POLITICAL PARTICIPATION PROMOTION AT MAHASORN SUP-DISTRICT, BAN MEE DISTRICT, LOPBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research article are 1. to study the level of political participation promotion of the people, 2. to compare public opinions, and 3. to study the problems. Obstacles and suggestions on the application of Buddhist principles to promote political participation of the people. The sample group consisted of 358 people from a population of 3,358 people, research tools were questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. qualitative research It uses the study of various research papers and in-depth interviews with 12 key informants or people then analyzed, interpreted, and synthesized Discuss the findings to ask for opinions and suggestions and then applied in the future.

The research findings were as follows: 1. The level of promotion of political participation of the people. The overall level is moderate. when considering side by side It was found that the aspect that participated the most was the exercise of rights and participation in the election followed by political information perception 2. Results of comparison of public opinion on political participation of the people Classified by personal factors, it was found that Personal factors such as education, occupation, and income had opinions towards the political participation of the people, differing at a statistical significance level of 0.05, which was in line with the research hypothesis. As for other personal factors, no differences were found. Should educate and understand the principle of the supernatural doctrine that is important.
