Abstract

Objectives of this research article were to study the level of government policies regarding cross-border logistics businesses, the satisfaction with regulatory frameworks imposed by the state, the capabilities of entrepreneurs, the ability to create competitive advantages, and the success of supply chain management in cross-border logistics businesses. The research was conducted quantitatively among a population of companies registered in Thailand for conducting cross-border logistics businesses located in the Eastern region. The sample group, consisting of 320 companies, selecting based on geographical stratification in equal proportions. The research tools were questionnaire, with a questionnaire reliability coefficient of 0.847, data analysis by descriptive statistics.

The research results revealed that the level of government policies regarding cross-border logistics businesses, satisfaction with regulatory frameworks imposed by the state, the capabilities of entrepreneurs, and the ability to create competitive advantages were at a high level. Furthermore, the success of supply chain management in cross-border logistics businesses was founded at the highest level.
