Abstract

This article aims to present the Vesarakarantham V for leaders in emergency situations. In this article, we will discuss the concepts of Vesarakarantham V leadership in emergency situations. To get a leader who can solve problems in every situation by applying Vesarachikondham V to be strong confident able to analyze situations quickly. Have clear communication, good governance and be a good role model in responsibility.
