THE PROCESS OF WASTE MANAGEMENT OF MONASTERIES IN PHRANAKORN SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to study the waste management process of monasteries in Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Province, conducted by the qualitative research. Data were collected from 25 key informants through in-depth interviews. And focus group discussion with 9 participants who experts then analyzed the data by content dewcroiptive interpretation.

The results showed that the process of waste management of monasteries in Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Province consisted of planning. Monks in monasteries and agencies used the principles of Village, Monasteries and monasteries, and government agencies, to manage more solid waste. After that, the work will be coordinated more systematically. On the action side, a committee had been set up to monitor the work. implementation Inspect and fix various places that were not in order. inspection Head monks and lay people supervised waste management. There was a committee to inspect the work in remedial work to increase knowledge and understanding for personnel to understand more about waste management and publicized and campaigned for the monasteries area to be an eco-tourism destination.
