BUDDHA-DHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR PROMOTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCY OF VILLAGE FUNDS IN CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were as follows: 1. To study factors affecting the administrative efficiency of village funds in Chaiyaphum Province. and 2. To present an integrated Buddhist model to enhance the efficiency of village fund administration in Chaiyaphum Province, conducted using mixed research methods. The Quantitative research used questionnaires to collect data from 341 samples. Social science software packages analysed data. The qualitative study used in-depth interviews with 18 key informants and focus group discussions with 9 participants. Data were analysed by descriptive content analysis.

The results of the research were as follows: 1. Factors affecting the administrative efficiency of the village fund in Chaiyaphum Province revealed that Bala 4 principles affected the management efficiency of the village fund in Chaiyaphum Province in 4 aspects, namely: Panya-Bala, Viriya-Bala. Anavatcha-Bala and Sangkha Bala and the management process affected the administrative efficiency of the village fund in Chaiyaphum Province in 2 aspects, namely, the practical aspect. And improvement, and 2. An integrated Buddha-dhamma model to enhance the efficiency of village fund administration in Chaiyaphum Province had a fundamental factor that was Integrated Buddha-dhamma promoted by integrating the Bala 4 to support the creation of integrated Buddha-dhamma to enhance the efficiency of the administration of the village fund and applied the administrative process to promote efficiency in promoting the administration of the village fund in Chaiyaphum Province.
