BUDDHADHAMMA APPLICATION FOR PROMOTING PROFESSIONAL SPORTS DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPORTS AUTHORITY OF THAILAND

Abstract

This research article has the objective Application of Buddhist principles to promote the development of professional sports of the Sports Authority of Thailand. Conducting integrated research, methods A sample of 307 personnel from the Sports Authority of Thailand was calculated to find the sample size using Taro Yamane's formula, who provided important information, a total of 18 people. Research tools in quantitative research, questionnaires are used. In qualitative research, structured interviews are used as a tool. Descriptive data analysis Using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Stepwise multiple regression analysis with statistical package and field studies using in-depth interviews to confirm quantitative results from key informants.

The results showed that 1. The promotion of professional sports development was found that the overall level was at a high level, namely promoting the management of professional sports organizations to meet standards and creating cooperation from all sectors for sustainable growth. Management of regulations in accordance with the Professional Sports Promotion Act with good governance and keeping pace with changes raised the standards of professional sports management, by developing athletes and professional sports personnel into professional sports according to international standards. 2. Factors affecting the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand were found that the management process and the Iddthipada 4 principle affected the promotion of professional sports development of the Sports Authority of Thailand with statistically significannce at the 0.05 level. 3. Bringing the principle of Iddhipada 4 to apply, called Sports Buddhism to lead to the development of professional sports activities were: Chanta, having a passion for sports.
