BUDDHIST GOVERNANCE AND WORK PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT

Abstract

This article was a study about “Buddhist governance and practice enhancement” by Buddhist governance in this study, there were three principles of honesty, consisting of corrupt bodies, corrupt speech, corrupt minds, with honesty being the basis of all goodness. Whether the person is good or bad, look at the behavior whether it is honest or not. Any society, if it lacks honesty, then that society is no different from animals. It can be considered as the most decadent era. Corruption and immorality are the worst. not knowing what is good and what is bad, what should be done, what should not be done, no shame for evil, fear of sin, lack of good conscience towards oneself and others. It is called bad behavior in body, speech, and mind. Honest behavior is therefore extremely important to the existence of a civilized society with morality and fear of the consequences of sin. That society will have only happiness, peace, and prosperity. In addition, there must be factors that promote performance as well. prioritize tasks plan before work set clear goals. Focus on doing as much of the deep work as possible. decide to be find time to relax focus on communication Learn and improve every time you make mistakes. Create a positive attitude at work. Live in a good working environment, learn to say no and reward oneself.
