HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF ROYAL FOREST DEPARTMENT ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLE OF IDDHIPADA 4

This academic article was with the objectives to study the human resources management of the Royal Forest Department according to the principle of Iddhipada. 4 by studying and researching from books, research papers, academic articles, and synthetic analysis. The results of the study were found that The Royal Forest Department has a high-performing bureaucracy system to increase the ability to retain talented and good people in the government service as well as to create readiness for high-potential civil servants in the civil service systematically. The CSC, by virtue of Section 8 (3) of the Civil Service Act, B.E. (High Performance and Potential System: HiPPS), which is part of the quality manpower management system of the government sector. in accordance with the goals and indicators of the country's reform plan for the administration of state affairs and apply the Iddhipada 4 to develop human resources, that is, to develop personnel in the Royal Forest Department to have love for the organization, to have diligent efforts in their responsibilities, to concentrate and to be able to solve problems that are appropriate, pure and fair, so they can work well in the bureaucratic system. Dharma is an important part in the development of human beings in the organization to be capable people, that is, having knowledge, ability, and good skills in work, having good health, that is, having a state of happiness, having good morale in the work and will lead to the last step of an organization that consists of executives. All personnel will be filled with quality, strengthen the organization Including the success of various groups of stakeholders consisting of personnel, officers, executives, service users, etc.
