THE PEOPLE’S SATISFACTIONS WITH THE STATE POLICY FORMULATION DURING COVID-19 VIRUS CRISIS OF SINGHBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives of this research paper were: 1. To study the level of people’s satisfaction with the government's problems solving operation during the COVID-19 crisis at Muang District, Sing Buri Province. 2. To compare people's satisfaction with the government's problems solving operation during the COVID-19 crisis at Muang District, Sing Buri Province, classified by personal factors, and 3. To study the problem. obstacles and suggestions for people's satisfaction with the government's problems solving operation during the COVID-19 crisis at Muang District, Sing Buri Province by applying the principles of Buddha-dharma.

Findings were as follows: 1. People's satisfaction with government’s problems solving operations during the COVID-19 crisis by overall government’s problems solving operation during the COVID-19 crisis was at very high level( = 3.56, S.D. = 0.551) and the satisfaction according to the principle of Sangahavattu 4 was at high level ( = 3.56, S.D.= 0.551). 2. Comparison of people's satisfaction with government operations in solving problems during the COVID-19 crisis by personal factors and public opinion on the implementation of Sangkhavattu 4 at Muang District, Sing Buri Province was in line with the set hypothesis. and 3. The conclusion of problems and obstacles was that people were panicking and fearing, namely, that the COVID-19 virus is a new disease that has occurred in Thailand and has not been able to cope with the situation, causing property damage and death.
