Abstract

Objectives of this research were: 1. satisfaction with government policy. Half-Half Project 2. Compare satisfaction with the Half-Half Project and 3. Propose practices that create satisfaction with the Half-Half Project among people in Sai Mai District, Bangkok. By applying Buddhist principles, the research method is a combined research method. Quantitative research and qualitative research Quantitative research collected data using questionnaires from a sample of 399 people from the people of Sai Mai District, Bangkok. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and test the hypothesis by t-test. and F-value test for 9 people and with in-depth structured interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptions.

The results of the research found that: 1. Level of satisfaction with government policy. Half-Half Project of the people of Sai Mai District Bangkok Overall, it is at a moderate level ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 3.29) 2. The results of the hypothesis testing found that People with different ages, education, occupations, and incomes There was a significant difference in satisfaction with the Half-Half Project at the 0.05 level, so the hypothesis was accepted. As for people of different genders There was no difference in satisfaction with the project. Therefore, we do not accept Hypothesis 3. Practice guidelines that create satisfaction with the Half-Half Project of the people. By applying the principles of Sangha Vatthu as follows: State policy People choose to pay attention to government policy. Conditions for using rights the government determines the criteria for those eligible to participate in the project. Convenient shopping the government has thoroughly publicized the project through agencies close to the people. How to access by providing information on how to spend There is public relations through all types of media. Information provision the state provides information through local government organizations to distribute to local areas and to the people. Ready to follow up on reports of obstacles in people's access to projects.
