BUDDHA-DHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR DEVELOPING MANAGEMENT OF THE STATE WELFARE REGISTRATION PROGRAM

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to study the management of the State Welfare Registration Program, the factors affecting the management of the State Welfare Registration Program, and to propose the integration of Buddha-dhamma for developing management of the State Welfare Registration Program conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research used questionnaires to collect data from 372 samples involved in the State Welfare Registration Program, and the qualitative research collected data by in-depth interviewing 18 key informants and 9 participants in focus group discussion and analysed data by content descriptive interpretation.

The research results were found that: 1. The management of The State Welfare Registration Program was at a high level. 2. Factors affecting the management of The State Welfare Registration Program were found in line with McKinsey's 7S management principle. They affected the management of The State Welfare Registration Program by 37.7 per cent, and the 4 Noble Truths affected the management of The State Welfare Registration Program by 24.9 per cent. 3. The management development of The State Welfare Registration Program was the implementation of the management principles in line with the 7’S principles of McKinsey Company, integrated with the 4 Noble Truths, namely, Dhukkha, Suffering, the problems, Samudhaya, the origin of suffering, the causes of the problems, Nirotha, the cessation of suffering, the problems solved and Makkha, the path to cessation of suffering the methods for the problems solving.
