BUDDHA-DHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR PROMOTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATIONAL BUDGET MANAGEMENT AT SCHOOLS UNDER BANGKOK SOUTHERN KRUNGTHON GROUP

Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were to study the effectiveness of budget management and to study factors affecting the effectiveness of budget management. The study of integrating Buddha-dhamma principles for promoting the effectiveness of educational budget management at schools under Bangkok Southern Krungthon District Group was conducted using mixed research methods. The sample groups consisted of 200 people. The tools included questionnaires and structured-in-depth interview scripts using descriptive and inferential data analysis.

The results showed that 1. The effectiveness of budget management overall was at a high level, arranged in order as follows: production, efficiency, development, and modification. And satisfaction. 2. Factors affecting the effectiveness of budget management was found that the management process by PDCA and the 4 principles of Iddhipada affected the effectiveness of budget management with statistically significant value at the 0.01 and 0.05 levels. 3. Integrating Buddha-dhamma principles for promoting the effectiveness of educational budget management at schools under Bangkok Southern Krungthon District Group with effective budget management consisting of production, efficiency, satisfaction, adjustment, and development by integrating the 4 principles of Iddhipāda, including Chantha, Viriya, Chitta, and vimamsa and contemplation. And applying PDCA management principles to promote the effectiveness of budget management. Planned and executed work according to plan, inspection, and work improvement to achieve integrated management.
