GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING THE WORK OF PUBLIC RELATIONS STAFF THE DENT DENTAL CLINIC

Abstract

This research article was objectives as follows:  1) Study the current situation of incentives for developing the work of public relations employees and 2) Study Guidelines for Developing the Work of Clinic Public Relations Staff. Dentistry the Dent. This research is qualitative research that research tools are Semi-structured in-depth interviews from 18 key informants. The data were analyzed by finding common characteristics and conclusions by context content.

The research results were 1) the current situation of incentives for developing the work of public relations employees found that the management needs to develop the work of employees that will result in entrepreneurs changing from the traditional way of working to a Smart Enterprise that has the heart of driving the organization with strategies that stability grow and maximum efficiency. 2) Guidelines for Developing the Work of Clinic Public Relations Staff. Dentistry the Dent. need to promotes employees increase their knowledge and skills and work behaviors appropriate to their responsibilities. As a result, the organization would drive towards success according to the set goals that need to develop human capital in the following issues: (1) training (2) development (3) education.
