OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF ONE STOP CRISIS CENTER (OSCC), PATHUM THANI HOSPITAL

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the context, input factors, service process, and operating results. This research is survey research. Use a qualitative research format. Through an in-depth interview, a purposive sample of 30 people was selected using the essence analysis method. And present the research results descriptively and analytically.

The results of the study found that 1. Context Evaluation: A dependable center must be established. To reduce acts of violence against children, women, and family members. And unplanned pregnancy and emphasizes integrated work. 2. Input Evaluation: The location for setting up the center must be appropriate. Personnel has specialized degrees. There is support in terms of budget and knowledge. and the Center Committee can be relied upon. It has been adjusted to suit the context of the problem. 3. Evaluation of the service process (Process Evaluation) emphasizes comprehensive support. There are regular committee meetings. There is a quick search and filtering process. The role of the profession is evident. Forward information according to standard format. There is strong coordination. And has proactive operations. 4. Evaluation of operational results (Product Evaluation) is carried out systematically. Create cooperation with every sector. Focus on solving problems and obstacles by creating partnerships with external agencies.
