Abstract

This article aims to educate students and interested people in guidance work. It can analyse and discuss essential principles and concepts of guidance services in the agency so that they can effectively lead to guidance services by analysing the principles and guidance ideas of the Graduate Guidance Code. Sukhothai Thammathirat University's 6 issues, namely 1. Philosophy and Objectives 2. Scope of Guidance 3. Psychology used in Guidance 4. Personality related to Guidance 5. Behavioural Advice Service 6. Initiatives to establish guidance services in the agency as a way of education, research, and open wide-ranging information. In addition, the students can use the information to maximise their education and work more efficiently.
