Abstract

This research aimed to study 1. The level of adversity quotient, the level of burnout, and the level of job performance of police officers. 2. The job performance of police officers is classified according to different personal factors. 3. The relationship between the adversity quotient and the job performance of police officers. 4. the relationship between burnout or job boredom and the job performance of police officers. 5. The influence of the adversity quotient, or burnout, on the job performance of police officers. The research was quantitative. The samples were police officers from the Narcotics Suppression Bureau, totaling 210 samples. The research tool was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using mean, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The research findings revealed that 1. Police officers with different genders, ages, and educational levels had different job performance results, and police officers with different statuses and lengths of service had no difference in job performance. 2. The adversity quotient regarding responsibility for problems was separate from the job performance of police officers. 3. Burnout was not related to the job performance 4. The influence of the adversity quotient and burnout affected the job performance of police officers.
