Abstract

This article was an academic article that aimed at studying innovative leadership models. Sustainable human capital development could be achieved by learning concepts, theories, and educational documents related to creative leadership human capital development and studying leaders who wre excellent and successful examples. To analyze innovative leadership styles linked to human capital development in local communities, it was found that Mr Kittisak Premkrasin (Nueng) has earned the trust of members of the model enterprise group. They had innovative leadership qualities, including a broad vision and creative thinking. and willingness to learn. They also had transformational leadership that could create innovation through organic farming processes. There were concrete operational results. And there was a process of transferring knowledge on how to make model farmers that recognized the value of human life. Based on the cultivation of non-toxic vegetables, they believed that a good life begins with consumption until members can comply successfully. As a result, local communities increased their income and adapted to the rapidly changing conditions of the world. This type of leadership, therefore, played a vital role in guiding and motivating members to think creatively and setting an example for model farmers and those interested in pursuing agriculture careers. To develop human capital, value must be created along with sustainable local development.
