BUDDHA-DHAMMA APPLICATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF DEVARAJ SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, BAN BHO DISTRICT, CHACHOENGSAO PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives of this research paper were: 1. To study the level of Buddha-dhamma integration for administrative development of Devaraj Sub-District Administrative Organization, Ban Bho District, Chachoengsao Province; 2. To examine the relationship between Buddha-dhamma and administrative development of Devaraj Sub-District Administrative Organization, Ban Bho District, Chachoengsao Province, and 3. To study problems, obstacles, and recommendations for Buddha-dhamma application for efficient development of the administration of Devaraj Sub-District Administrative Administration, conducted by mixed research methods. In the quantitative research, data were collected from 367 samples by stratified sampling, derived from the populations of 4,389 people, and qualitative research by interviewing 9 key informants.

The research findings were as follows: 1. The Relationship between Buddha-dhamma and the administrative development of Devaraja Sub-District Administrative Organization was found that Itthipada 4, overall, and the administrative development of Devaraj Sub-District Administrative Organization, Ban Bho District, Chachoengsao Province had positive relationship at the middle level (R=774**) 2. Administration according to Itthipada 4 for administrative development of Devaraj Sub-District Administrative Organization, Ban Bho District, Chachoengsao Province, was found that personnel had opinions on administration with attention to the duty, by overall, were at a high level in all aspects. 3. The administrative development of Devaraj Sub-District Administrative Organization, Ban Bho District, Chachoengsao Province was found that the aspect of standard of service rendering, service rendering with satisfaction of customers, aspect of work quantity, service for more people, aspect of time, step of service was reduced.
