PROMOTION EFFECTIVENESS OF BUDDHISM DISSEMINATION ADMINISTRATION OF THE CHACHOENGSAO PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF BUDDHISM

Abstract

Objectives of this research article were 1. To study the promotion effectiveness of Buddhism dissemination administration of Chachoengsao Provincial office of Buddhism, 2. To study the factors affecting the promotion effectiveness of Buddhism dissemination administration of the Chachoengsao Provincial Office of Buddhism, 3. To propose the promotion effectiveness of Buddhism dissemination administration of Chachoengsao Provincial Office of Buddhism by applying Bala 4 principle, conducted by the mixed research methods. The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth-interviewing 18 key informants, analyzed data by descriptive content interpretation The quantitative research collected data from 399 samples who were administrative monks in Chachoengsao Province. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and relationship between variables analysis.

Findings were as follows: Administration according to PDCA, Bala 4 principle and promotion effectiveness administration of Buddhism dissemination were all at high level. Administration affected the Buddhism dissemination promotion effectiveness at statistically significant level of 0.01 and 0.05. Improvement, checking, planning, plan implementation predicted by 63.1 percent. Bala 4 affected at statistically significant level of 0.01, namely, Sanghapbala, Anavajjaphala, Panyaphala, and Viriyaphala, predicted by 48.3 percent. The promotion effectiveness Buddhism dissemination administration of Chachoengsao Provincial Office of Buddhism by integrating Bala 4 principle in 5 areas, namely Output; there was the plan for Buddhism dissemination in the areas that met the needs with 4M resources. There was data base and activities that responded to the Sangha and people.  Effectiveness; worthwhile, time saving, behavioral alternating. Satisfaction: fast operation to solve the problems of the Sangha. Adjustment: proactive work improvement in the areas by training to promote dissemination in the areas. Development: knowledge promoting with Dhamma principle, being the learning centers by the appropriate technology and innovation of Buddhism dissemination for every age group by applying the Bala 4 principles to lead to the effectiveness of operation and administrative process in 4 areas that promoted successful administration.
