POLITICAL PARTICIPATION DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO DHAMMA SUPREMACY OF PEOPLE AT HUAY PONG SUB-DISTRICT IN MUANG DISTRICT OF RAYONG PROVINCE

Abstract

This article aims to study: 1. The level of political participation of the people 2. The relationship between Sucarita 3 principle and the development of political participation of the people of Huai Pong Sub-District. and 3. Present guidelines for developing political participation of the people of Huai Pong Sub-District. according to Sucarita 3 principle, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research, data were collected from 385 samples with questionnaires and analyzed by the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and the hypothesis was tested by analyzing the relationship between Sucarita 3 principle and the development of people's political participation. The qualitative research and data were collected by In-Depth- Interviewing 9 key informants, analyzed by presenting descriptive content interpretation.

The results of the research were found: 1. The level of political participation of the people of Huai Pong Sub-District, Mueang District, Rayong Province, by overall, was at high level. 2. The relationship between Sucarita 3 principle and the development of political participation of the people of Huai Pong sub-district 3. Development of political participation of the people of Huai Pong Sub-District, by overall, had positive relationship at the moderate level.3. The guidelines for people’s political participation development in accordance with Sucarita 3 principles of the people at   Huai Pong Sub-District, Muang District, Rayong Province with the guidelines as follows: 1. Kayasucarits; bodily good conduct, The people adhere to the law and behave in accordance with the law, 2. Vacisucarita, verbal good conduct, The people have political publicity based on the principles of political communication, and 3. Manosucarita, good mental conduct, The people had a sense of duty and role as citizens of the country.
