Abstract

This article analyzes Rousseau’s ideas and considers their relevance to contemporary Thai politics. Exploring Rousseau’s ideas reveals important insights into the nature of governance and individual freedom, which can be reflected in contemporary Thai political dynamics. Using these ideas to analyze the political situation in Thailand can help us gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing society. Presenting Rousseau’s ideas in this context helps us see the importance of citizen participation in political decision-making, and how citizen voices can influence government direction and policies. This analysis also allows us to consider the role of political institutions and the relationship between citizens and those in power, which can lead to the creation of a sustainable and effective governance system that responds to the needs of the people in the present era.
