THE MANAGEMENT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE AND LAWS PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF HOMELESS PEOPLE IN BANGKOK

Abstract

In Bangkok, there are many homeless people, which is another social problem that is currently being solved. “Homeless people” are another example of the inequality between classes that occurs in society, whether it is due to restrictions from the economic system, education, or the social structure that pushes a group of people out of society, leaving them with no choice in making a living and living. The problem of homeless people is therefore a problem that is too complicated to look at just the individual, but must be looked at at the level of the social structure. It should be solved by the government. In reality, what causes the problem of homelessness? The homeless group is a group of people who are poor, have low incomes, and lack opportunities in life. Therefore, homeless people are pushed out of various parts of society. Even though homeless people are pushed out of the larger society, at the same time, it is found that there is a world of homeless people who have their own culture and way of life that is no different from the system in society. There are quite a few conditions for living and limitations, and there is the Homeless Protection Act of 2014, which means providing social welfare, enhancing physical and mental capabilities, medical treatment, promoting education and careers, promoting and supporting, creating opportunities in society, developing quality of life, supporting the homeless to have jobs and places to stay, and preventing unfair discrimination against the homeless.
