EMPOWERING COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: THE PATH TO SUSTAINABILITY

This academic article aims to propose approaches for applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to empower sustainable and modern community management. Based on document analysis and case studies from both domestic and international contexts, the study finds that AI can significantly enhance planning, resource allocation, communication, and citizen participation at the local level. The article presents practical guidelines for adapting AI to Thailand’s unique socio-cultural environment, including real-time problem-reporting systems, data-driven community development planning, and digital platforms to support local economies. Integrating AI with traditional community practices is seen as a key strategy to improve quality of life, reduce inequality, and foster long-term sustainable development.
