This research aimed to explore the relationship between physical fitness assessment, willingness to exercise, and exercise habits among university students. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, designed to comprehensively collect and examine data in a way that captured both content and contextual details, allowing for logical and well-grounded analysis.
The findings revealed that nearly all participants acknowledged that their health beliefs significantly influenced their exercise habits and behaviors. This insight represented a new contribution to the understanding of how physical health perceptions relate to exercise practices among students.
