This academic article aimed to study the evaluation of policies promoting SMEs in the sharing economy era by using an integrated literature review. The study was found that the evaluation of SME policies in the current era must take into account the changes in business models that emphasize resource sharing, the use of digital technology, and the creation of collaborative networks. An effective evaluation should use a variety of indicators covering economic, social, and environmental dimensions, and improve the evaluation process to be consistent with the development trends of the sharing economy. The results of the study can be used as a guideline for developing an SME policy evaluation framework that is appropriate for the context of the Thai economy and the Southeast Asian region.
