Abstract

This academic paper aims to examine the impact of cybersecurity policy on the development of Thailand’s digital economy, using the concept of digital economy development and cybersecurity framework as the main principles. The results of the study reveal that effective cybersecurity policies positively affect the growth of the digital economy, which can build confidence among investors and consumers. However, overly strict enforcement of the law can affect innovation and market competition. This study proposes a balanced approach between cybersecurity and promoting the growth of the digital economy, emphasizing the participation of all sectors in creating a safe and sustainable digital ecosystem.
