BUDDHADHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR PROMOTING LIFE QUALITY OF PERSONNEL OF MUEANG PATHUMTHANI MUNICIPAL

Abstract

Objectives of this research article were: 1. To study the level of life quality of personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipal, 2. To study the correlation between Bhavana 4 and life quality of personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipal and 3. To propose the Buddhadhamma Integration for promoting life quality of personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipal. The research methodology was mixed method. The quantitative research conducted by collecting data from 270 samples who were personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipalities and used stratified random sampling. The tool used for data collection was 5 rating scale questionnaires whit the reliability at 0.993. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Correlation. The qualitative research conducted by in-depth interviewing 10 key-informants and used specifically selected. The data were analyzed by content descriptive interprertation.

The research findings were as follow: 1. The life quality of personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipallities, by overall was at high level and all aspect were at high level. 2. The correlation between Bhavana 4 and life quality of personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipallities were found that the Bhavana 4 was positive related with the life quality of personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipal at the high  level (R=.858**) with statistically significat level at 0.01 and accepted research hypothesis. 3. The Buddhadhamma Integration for promoting life quality of personnel of Muang Pathumthani Municipalities was found that: in terms of life satisfaction; employees were satisfied with their work life and were proud to work for the organization. In terms of self-concept; personnel loved and were committed to the organization and help maintain a good image of the organization. In terms of physical health; personnel were in good physical and mental health, and were physically strong and ready to perform their duties. In terms of society and economy; personnel had sufficient income to support their families and had regular social activities.
