การศึกษากรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะในยุค BANI World ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study conceptual framework of the competency components in BANI World among school administrators. This study employed a survey research methodology, which was conducted in two distinct phases. The initial phase involved a comprehensive review of 10 sources of related literature, conceptual framework, and theoretical research to synthesize the preliminary competency components. Following this, the second phase focused on evaluating the appropriateness of the competency components in BANI World among school administrators by consulting a panel of 5 experts. The tools used in the research are a document synthesis tool and questionnaire. It is an estimation scale type with 5 statistical levels. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that the component of the competency in BANI World of school administrators there are 6components; 1. Resilience 2. Mindfulness 3. Empathy 4. Adaptability 5. Transparency and 6. Intuition. All of these components were deemed highly appropriate by the participants involved in the assessment. The findings of this study are beneficial to school administration and other relevant organizations, as they can serve as a guideline for developing the competencies of school administrators in the BANI World. Without these essential competencies, school management may face challenges in coping with, planning for, and preparing personnel to respond effectively to the rapidly changing and unpredictable situations of the present time.
