Abstract

Objectives of this research article were: 1. To examine the general conditions of collaboration network development among community enterprises in Nakhon Pathom Province 2. To investigate the processes involved in developing community enterprises in Nakhon Pathom Province and 3. To propose a framework for enhancing collaboration networks among these enterprises, conducted by the qualitative research methodology. Data were collected by utilizing in-depth interviews with 25 key informants using in-depth-interview script. Data were analyzed using content analysis and descriptive reporting.

The research findings were as follows: 1. General Conditions. The development of collaboration networks was primarily driven by local social capital. The decision-making process for group formation relied on leadership and mutual trust as key catalysts, supplemented by government support. This formation prioritized the community’s way of life and socio-economic security. 2. Development Processes. The planning and implementation phases emphasized the integration of government policies with local contexts, with leaders serving as central coordinators for resource management. Evaluation processes focused on enhancing organizational capacity to reduce dependence on external budgets and foster sustainability through flexible communication mechanisms, and 3. Network Enhancement. Network formation was motivated by cost-related pressures and supportive government policies. Utilization of the network focused on the exchange of information and knowledge to expand market opportunities. Furthermore, network maintenance emphasized the development of human capital to drive authentic and long-term career security within the community.
