ELDERLY: HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEM WITH VALUE QUALITY

This article aims to present the lifestyle of the elderly today. It is a time that is entering the society of the elderly, who indicate longer life statistic.Part of that is the cause of the advances in medical science and public health that have progressed steadily. In terms of the difference between the person and the environment, each person has different physical and mental conditions in different environment.Attempts to adapt and accept changes in nature can be synthesized by Buddhist principles such as considering Thatu 4 and Khan 5, to support health care and also connect to the Thri Sikkha and Bhavana 4. It is a principle to develop human beings to behave in a good way and strengthen the understanding of the physical and mental state, so the elderly can take care themselves, healthy, and reduce the problems of the elderly, family and society, which will result in acceptance of the truth happily.
