BUDDHA-DHAMA INTEGRATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCY PROMOTION OF THE VILLAGE FUND

Abstract

Objectives of this research article were to study the administrative efficiency factors of village funds in Chaiyaphum Province. and to present an integrated Buddhist model to enhance the efficiency of village fund administration in Chaiyaphum Province, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research using questionnaires to collect data from 341 samples. Data were analyzed by social science software packages. The qualitative research collected data by in-depth interviewing 18 key informants and from 9 participants in focus group discussion. Data were analyzed by descriptive content interpretation.

The research results were as follows: 1. Efficiency of village fund administration in Chaiyaphum Province was found in 5 aspects: 1. Participation 2. Creativity 3. Ability to form groups 4. Competence of the Board of Directors and 5. compliance with regulations the research results were at a high level in all aspects. But the aspect with the highest average was the ability of the Board of Directors. It showed that the committee's ability greatly influenced the administrative of the village fund and 2. Integrated Buddhist model to promote the administrative efficiency of the village fund in Chaiyaphum Province. There was a fundamental factor that was Integrated Buddhist model by integrating Bhala 4 principles to support the creation of integrated Buddhist model to enhance the efficiency of the administration of the village fund. and applied the administrative process to promote efficiency in promoting the administration of the village fund in Chaiyaphum Province.
