BUDDHADHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR PROMOTING PERSONNEL’S EFFICIENCY PERFORMANCE IN ANG THONG PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE

Abstract

Objective of this research paper were to study the efficiency of work performance, factors affecting operational efficiency and the integration of Buddhist principles to enhance the performance efficiency of personnel of the Angthong Provincial Agricultural Office personnel, conducted by the mixed methods. The quantitative research, data were collected from 156 samples with questionnaires and interviews used both descriptive and inferential data analysis.

The research findings were as follows: 1. The operational efficiency of Ang Thong Provincial Agricultural Office personnel was found that, in general, it was at a high level. in the following order: continuity of service progressive service Equal service providing adequate service 2. Factors affecting the work efficiency of personnel of the Ang Thong Provincial Agriculture Office were found that the administrative process and the four principles of influence affected the work efficiency of personnel of the Ang Thong Provincial Agriculture Office with statistically significant valjue at the 0.01 level. The operational efficiency of personnel consisted of equal service provision. Fast and timely service providing, adequate service, continuity of service and progressive service by integrating it into the four principles of Iddhipada, namely: Chana: Love to Work, Viriya: effort to Work, Chitta: pay Attention to Work, Vimangsa: Work with Wisdom. with consciousness all the time Invent ways to improve work and solve problems rationally It is also driven by administrative processes. a matter of good planning There was an appropriate organization. visionary leadership and systematic control were fair.
