The Model Promotion for Community Economy Management System Participatory Model in the New Normal of Lam Sai Community, Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This article aimed to 1) study and analyze current problems and obstacles in community economic management in the Lam Sai community's New Normal participatory model, and 2) synthesize a model of community economic management in the Lam Sai community's New Normal participatory model. This was a mixed-methods study that combined quantitative survey data from 400 samples with participant research. The research procedure was divided into 4 phases, namely: 1) the pre-treatment phase, which was 5 community discussions with groups of 12 participants; 2) the research phase, which was 30 people group meetings and discussions as well as a subgroup discussion of 12 people; 3) the conclusion phase, which was the presentation of the networking system, small groups of 12 people discussion, and strategies presentation with a small group discussion of 12 people; and 4) the follow-up phase, which was the organizing of a learning exchange forum of 50 people. The research tools were questionnaires, interview forms, and group discussions, and the used statistics were frequency, percentage, and mean. The research results were as follows: 1) The mean, standard deviation, and level of opinion about the values of the community economy at present were overall high, with an average of 3.48. 2) Model of New Normal participatory model of Lam Sai community has model code 53346l Model.

Knowledge from this research will be useful in holistic community management with collective thinking from all sectors.
