LOCAL MULTILATERAL COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE PROMOTION SUBCOMMITTEE

Abstract

Community Enterprise Promotion Act. Since 2548  was committed to the promotion of knowledge and local  wisdom, monetization, mutual aid ,developing the capacity to manage  and the development of community enterprises. As a result, community self-reliance and economic development of the community to be strengthened. The structure of the board of management of the two committees promoting community enterprise ; Enterprises Promotion Board and the Community.

The Advisory Committee on Community Province was responsible for coordination of the various agencies in the province, and has appointed a subcommittee to promote community and district level. Link to synchronize strategic departments at the district level and promoting the integration of communities. The Committee further agreed that the appointment of a community and district level redundancy in the management structure. Because of the two series in the provincial government which  was inconsistent with the principles of decentralization and intent of this Act. The delays in the administration, not in the mission of the agency and a waste of budget

In order to response the needs of enterprises and promote the development of the local community, literally ; It should establish a subcommittee to promote multilateral community in the local regulations. Reasons : 1) consistent with the spirit of the law and the principle of decentralization 2) Sub-Committee to acknowledge the problems and needs of the communities in the area as well as 3) a local leader who played a key role in the activities of the enterprise. Community by the Chairman of the Subcommittee 4) reduce duplication in structure and mission of the state, provincial, and 5) the local plan and annual budget support aid community without waiting for funds from the government only. Therefore, the Committee encourages the multilateral community in the local regulations. To promote enterprise development community to be strengthened, strengthening the economy and community can be developed further into a community enterprise, small and medium enterprises (SME) in the future.
