ธรรมาภิบาลองค์กรกับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน: การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไทย

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงโครงสร้างระหว่างธรรมาภิบาลองค์กร การจัดการทรัพยากรเชิงกลยุทธ์ และ การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไทย ปัญหาสำคัญ คือ การขาดความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับกลไกความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรเหล่านี้ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุและอิทธิพลระหว่างธรรมาภิบาลองค์กร การจัดการทรัพยากรเชิงกลยุทธ์ การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน และผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย
เชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารระดับสูงของบริษัทในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 215 ราย และวิเคราะห์ด้วยเทคนิคแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ธรรมาภิบาลองค์กรมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกโดยตรงต่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนและผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ (2) การจัดการทรัพยากรเชิงกลยุทธ์เป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านที่สำคัญระหว่างธรรมาภิบาลองค์กรและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน และ (3) การบูรณาการแนวปฏิบัติด้านธรรมาภิบาลและกลยุทธ์ความยั่งยืนมีผลต่อการสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจในระยะยาว ผลการวิจัยนี้ สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมที่ยั่งยืน ส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารองค์กรพัฒนาดัชนีชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพที่สมดุลระหว่างมิติเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงเป็นแนวทางสำหรับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลในการออกแบบมาตรการส่งเสริมและกำกับดูแลที่เหมาะสม งานวิจัยในอนาคต ควรขยายการศึกษาไปยังอุตสาหกรรมเฉพาะและพื้นที่อื่นเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลเชิงนโยบาย
