ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการชั้นเรียนของครูโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในจังหวัดตรัง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการจัดการชั้นเรียนของครูโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในจังหวัดตรัง และ (2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการจัดการชั้นเรียนของครูโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในจังหวัดตรัง ที่มีเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการสอน และกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่ต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ครู จำนวน 306 คน ใช้วิธีการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีแอลเอสดี

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการชั้นเรียนของครูโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านการสร้างวินัยในชั้นเรียน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับดีมากคือ ด้านการสร้างวินัยในชั้นเรียน ระดับดีคือ ด้านการดำเนินการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ และด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ ครูที่มีเพศต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการชั้นเรียนโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจาณาเป็นรายด้านพบความแตกต่างในด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการชั้นเรียนโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการชั้นเรียนโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการสร้างวินัยในชั้นเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านการดำเนินการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบและด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และครูที่สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการชั้นเรียนโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

Efficiency of Classroom Management by Teachers in Primary Schools under the Office of Private Education Promotion in Trang

The purposes of this research were to (1) examine the efficiency of classroom management by primary school teachers under the Office of Private Education Promotion in Trang; and (2) compare the efficiency among the teachers in relation to gender, educational background, teaching experience, and teaching area. Three hundred and six teachers who were selected through stratified random sampling involved in the study. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.96 was used as research instrument. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and LSD method.

It was revealed that the teachers rated the overall classroom management at good level. In particular, in the aspect of classroom disciplines, it was rated at very good level while the aspects of systematic teaching and creating learning environment at good level. Gender differences of the teachers did not affect their perceptions of the classroom management as a whole. However, a difference was in creating learning environment found at .05 level of statistical significance. In addition, teachers with different teaching experiences perceived the classroom management differently especially in classroom discipline, systematic teaching, and managing learning environment. These differences were found at .01 level of statistical significance in the first aspect and .05 in the others. Nevertheless, teachers of different educational levels and teaching area did not perceived the classroom management differently.
