สมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามทัศนะของครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามทัศนะของครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 จํานวน 10 ด้าน ตาม ตัวแปร เพศ วิทยฐานะ ประสบการณ์การทํางาน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 จํานวน 351 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณด้วยวิธี LSD

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูที่มีทัศนะต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ครูที่มีเพศต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ครูที่มีตําแหน่งวิทยฐานะแตกต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทํางานแตกต่างกัน และครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001

Teachers’ Perception towards School Administrators’ Administrative Competencies in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12

This study aimed to investigate and compare teachers’ perception towards administrator’s competencies in the secondary educational service area office 12 in 10 aspects according to variables of gender, academic title, work experience, and school size. The sample included 351 primary school teachers who worked in the area selected through stratified random sampling based on school sizes. A 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire consisted of three parts of information was applied. The entire questionnaire had a reliability value of .84. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA and LSD.

It was revealed that the teachers’ perceptions towards administrators’ capabilities was found at a good level. Interestingly, gender of the respondents had no link with their perceptions towards the administrative capabilities. However, differences in titles, work experiences and school sizes resulted in different perceptions held by the teachers. Such differences were found at .01 level of statistical significance for the factor of title and .001 for factors of work experience and school size.
