ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษา ในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษา (2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษาตามตัวแปรเพศ ประสบการณ์ วุฒิการศึกษา และระดับการศึกษา และ (3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษา ของครูในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงาน คณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ครูที่ปรึกษา จํานวน 217 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามระดับการศึกษาและวิทยาลัย แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นโดยรวม .97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสําเร็จรูปหา ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของแอลเอสดี

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ครูที่ปรึกษามีประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษา โดยภาพรวมและ รายด้านอยู่ในระดับดี (2) ครูที่ปรึกษาเพศหญิง มีประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษาในภาพรวมสูงกว่าเพศชาย อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนครูที่ปรึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ วุฒิการศึกษา และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษาโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (3) ครูที่ปรึกษา มีข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหา คือเวลาของครูที่ปรึกษากับนักศึกษาไม่ว่างตรงกัน ครูติดภารกิจ มีข้อจํากัดด้านเวลาในการพบนักศึกษา โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะที่สําคัญคือจัดเวลาให้พบครูที่ปรึกษาให้เหมาะสมและจัดครูที่ปรึกษาที่นักศึกษาไว้วางใจ

Performance Efficiency of Advisors in Vocational Colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Nakhon Si Thammarat

This research aimed to (1) examine the performance efficiency (2) compare performance efficiency of advisors in relation to gender, work experience and educational level and (3) investigate problems and suggestions concerning counseling duties of advisors in vocational colleges under supervision of Office of Vocational Education Commission, Nakhon Si Thammarat. A number of 217 advisors were selected as a sample through stratified random sampling according to their educational levels and college. A five-level Likert-scale questionnaire with overall reliability of .97 was used as the research instrument. A software package was used to analyze percentages, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and LSD.

The findings revealed that the performance efficiency of the advisors in all aspects was rated as good level. Interestingly, female advisors rated their performance higher than male advisors at .01 level of statistical significance. Nevertheless, differences in work experience and educational levels of the advisors did not result in differences in their efficiency. As for the problems related to counseling students, the advisors reported that they did not share the same schedules and thus difficult to find the free time together. Also, some students did not feel comfortable to seek advice from their assigned advisors but would go to others that they felt comfortable to talk with. Therefore, it was recommended that the time allotted for counseling students should be appropriate and the college should provide students with suitable advisors whom they trust to share their problems with.
