การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษา กับสถานประกอบการในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษา ประเภทวิชา อุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวในกลุ่มจังหวัดสามเหลี่ยมอันดามัน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวในกลุ่มจังหวัดสามเหลี่ยมอันดามัน การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะคือ ระยะที่ 1 พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวมี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ (1) ร่างรูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือฯ โดยการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร (2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือฯ และ (3) ตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือฯ และระยะที่ 2 ประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือฯ ด้วยเทคนิคการสนทนากลุ่ม โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) รูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวเป็นรูปแบบการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประกอบด้วย (1.1) การร่วมวางแผน (1.2) การร่วมดำเนินกิจกรรม (1.3) การร่วมรับประโยชน์ และ (1.4) การร่วมประเมินผล โดยมีสมาคมวิชาชีพทำหน้าที่เป็นองค์กรกลางประสานงานความร่วมมือในลักษณะไตรภาคี ผลการตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ของแต่ละองค์ประกอบมีความเป็นไปได้ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านในระดับมาก และ (2) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือฯ พบว่ารูปแบบการจัดการความร่วมมือฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสม และเป็นประโยชน์ที่จะนำทุกองค์ประกอบไปใช้ปฏิบัติ

A Development of Cooperative Management Model between the Colleges and Workplaces in Tourism Industrial Vocational Education Programs in the Andaman Triangle Provinces Cluster

The purposes of this research were to develop and evaluate a Cooperative Management Model between the colleges and workplaces in Tourism Industry Vocational Education Programs in the Andaman Triangle Provinces Cluster. The research methodology comprised two phases. The first phase was a development of a Cooperative Management Model between the colleges and workplaces in Tourism Industry Vocational Education Programs in the Andaman Triangle Provinces Cluster. This phase was divided into 3 stages. The second phase was quality evaluation of the developed model by 16 experts through focus group discussion.

The findings indicated that: (1) The Cooperative Management Model between the colleges and workplaces in Tourism Industry Vocational Education Programs in the Andaman Triangle Provinces Cluster was a participatory management model consisting of cooperative planning, activity participation, benefits sharing, and cooperative evaluation. A Vocational Professional Association was recommended to be established as a Tri-party coordination central organization. The results of possibility verification on individual components was found at high level in terms of overall and each aspect. (2) The results of the evaluated model indicated that the developed model was beneficial and all the components were appropriate and applicable.
