ระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงาน (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงาน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3 กลุ่มประชากร ได้แก่ โรงเรียนเอกชนที่เปิดสอนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นการศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3 จำนวน 16 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 16 คน ครูประจำชั้น จำนวน 113 คน และครูแนะแนว จำนวน 16 คน รวมทั้งหมด 145 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน  

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการดำเนินงานการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในด้านรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนานักเรียน ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา และด้านการส่งต่อ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงาน ระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูประจำชั้น ครูแนะแนว โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน และ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน พบว่า ครูควรเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียนทุกคน ประสานกับผู้ปกครองอย่างใกล้ชิด เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองเข้าร่วมวางแผนต่าง ๆ กับโรงเรียน

The Student Care and Support System of the Private School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

The objectives of this research were to determine: (1) the level of student care and support performance, (2) the comparison of the performance between student care and support and (3) the approach to develop the performance of student care and support system of the private school under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples were 145 private school educators, consisted of 16 administrators, 113 class instructors and 16 guidance teachers. The research instrument was questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA).

The research results were as follows:

1. The level of student care and support performance between the private school under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as a whole and as an individual was at the high level.

2. The comparison of the performance of student care and support according to the opinions of administrators, advisors and guidance teachers, as a whole and as an individual was different.

3. The approach to develop the performance of student care and support system were home visit, establishing the parent networks, cooperating with parents for school planning and management.
