การประเมินอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมวัดในเขตเทศบาลนคร นครศรีธรรมราช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ประเมินด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมวัด ในพื้นที่เขตเทศบาลนครนครศรีธรรมราช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ศึกษาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ 15 วัด จากทั้งหมด 25 วัด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60 ของวัดทั้งหมด แบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างออกเป็น วัดในเขตใช้พื้นที่สูง วัดในเขตใช้พื้นที่ปานกลางและวัดในเขตใช้พื้นที่ต่ำ ตรวจประเมินโดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งดัดแปลงจากแบบสำรวจอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในวัด เกณฑ์วัดส่งเสริมสุขภาพ กรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐานและด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมวัด แบบประเมินวัดส่งเสริมสุขภาพและแบบประเมินส้วมสาธารณะ เกณฑ์การประเมินแบ่งเป็น วัดที่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ต้องปรับปรุงและวัดที่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานซึ่งมี 3 ระดับ คือระดับดีมาก ดีและอยู่ในเกณฑ์พื้นฐาน ผลการประเมินพบว่า วัดในเขตใช้พื้นที่สูง ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินระดับเกณฑ์พื้นฐาน ร้อยละ 40 ระดับเกณฑ์ต้องปรับปรุงร้อยละ 60 วัดในเขตใช้พื้นที่ปานกลางผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินระดับเกณฑ์พื้นฐานร้อยละ 40 ระดับเกณฑ์ต้องปรับปรุงร้อยละ 60 ส่วนวัดในเขตใช้พื้นที่ต่ำผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินระดับเกณฑ์พื้นฐานร้อยละ 20 และระดับเกณฑ์ต้องปรับปรุงร้อยละ 80

Evaluation of Environmental Heath on Temple in Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality Muang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

The objective of this study was to evaluate the environmental health in terms of temple in the area of Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality located in Muang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. By systematic random sampling, 15 (about 60%) out of 25 temples was selected and categorized into 3 categories using types of the areas as follows; temples in highly dense area, temples in moderately dense area and temples in lowly dense area. Questionnaires were used as the main tool and modified from standard Environmental Health on Temple Survey form relevance to criteria by Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health. Questionnaire consisted of 3 major parts namely; general information and environmental health on temples, the assessment on health improvement and the assessment on public toilets. There were 2 criteria of the assessment results as follows: temples were not only required the improvement but also passed the standard (3 levels: very good, good and average). The result showed that both temples in highly dense area and in moderately dense area passed the criteria at the average level for 40% while the rest of 60% required the improvement. Lastly, temples in lowly dense area passed the criteria at the average level for 20% while the rest of 80% required the improvement.
